Lima Nikkei
The verdict
Japanese-Peruvian cooking on a terrace over the water, and the rare meal where we would order every single thing again.
We went on a Sunday for lunch and had the whole place to ourselves, out on the patio with the ocean in front of us. There is a pisco sour list and we each took a different one.
Then a run of cold and hot plates that arrived in the right order without being asked, finishing with an arroz negro the waiter mixed at the table like a paella. Every single thing we ordered we would order again.

A Sunday lunch with the place to ourselves
Out on the patio with the water in front. There was nobody else in - go with four or more people so you can order across the cold plates properly.
Start with the tiradito
In leche de tigre, with corn. The cold plates came out first and in the right order, without us having to ask.
Crudo de atun nikkei
Diced tuna on a shell-shaped dish, part of the cold run that came out first and in the right order without us having to ask.
The arroz negro comes out like a paella
Wide, dark and mixed at the table by the waiter. It arrived last, and it is the dish to build the order around.
